LIVROS DE OCORRÊNCIAS: INSTRUMENTO DA PRÁTICA PEDAGÓGICA

Abstract

This study investigates and discusses some of the constituent elements of conflicts in school life through the analysis of the discourses contained in the Book of Occurrences and the understanding of the interrelation between students and the school. We take as object the Book of Occurrences of a public school of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul, linked to the Municipal Network of Teaching of Nova Andradina, in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul, registered as Field School, since the majority of the students are from farms and settlements. The school in question is located in a district 57 km from the municipality. In the proposal of analysis we will confront the records and excerpts with some forays into the reflections of Michel Foucault specifically the work Vigiar and punir, aiming to verify the theoretical issues linked to the ideology, subject and power relations that occur in and by language, although Foucault do not explicitly address the concept of violence, but the relations of power and knowledge. It is a documentary research, considering the need to analyze the excerpts contained in this object and the bibliographic reference. The research material collection will cover the period of the 2017 and 2018 school year. In order to achieve the objectives we will indicate if this device continues being used as a tool of control, inhibition and punishment for those who transgress the current (Laws, rules) regiment and imposed in the school environment, as well as the predominant discourse in these records. It is noteworthy, among the results of this research that this device (LOE) continues being used as a tool of control, inhibition and punishment for those who transgress the school regiment. We also add that we do not seek to affirm or make generalizations, but we dare to say that the discourses mentioned in the analyzes always converge for the same, are paraphrase of the authoritarian Discourse.
