OS IMPACTOS DA REFORMA TRABALHISTA SOB A ÓTICA DA LEI 13.467/17

Abstract

The present work aims to demonstrate the Labor Reform as a necessary change from the perspective of Law 13,467/17 and the impacts brought by the new labor law. its innovations and impacts, which deserve attention from legislators under the various aspects and devices introduced. The problem investigated is to know what are the main changes, innovations and impacts brought by the Labor Reform from the perspective of Law 13,467/17 with the provisions introduced? The justification for choosing the topic is relevant because talking about the subject within the field of Law is important for a series of reasons that address both theoretical and practical aspects. The methodology adopted is bibliographic review, research carried out to compose the theoretical framework. The results obtained explained that several changes introduced by the reform were contested regarding their constitutionality, which weakens the minimum protection provided for by the CLT and places workers in a vulnerable position in negotiations with employers. The Federal Supreme Court (STF) was called to rule on these issues. It was concluded that the Labor Reform brought a significant reconfiguration of labor law in Brazil, reflecting a liberalizing trend that seeks to make labor relations more flexible in favor of economic dynamism.
