Abstract
This work shows a bidirectional wireless power transfer system by inductive effect using magnetic coupling resonance with double-sided LCC compensation. This system was developed to promote interaction between a proposed charge station and electric vehicles. This system is able not just to charge electric vehicles but to apply V2G too. In G2V power transfer, 221 W of power was delivered to the load with 81,5% of efficiency, in the double-sided LCC topology.
In V2G direction, it was delivered 195,2 W of power to the load with efficiency of 76% in the resonant topology. It was proposed a bidirectional converter that was able to operate as an inverter in one direction and as a rectifier in the other to operate in primary and secondary of the system. To control power flow direction, it was developed a radio communication system between sides to allow interlocking, which main function is to prevent simultaneous activation of the converters.
