| Resumo: | O Guia de Estudos está organizado em quatro unidades, que seguem uma ordem de apresentação dos aspectos mais amplos do sistema educacional para a organização detalhada da unidade escolar, com o intuito de mostrar as articulações entre os vários níveis. Na primeira unidade apresenta-se o sistema de ensino brasileiro e seus vínculos com a gestão democrática. Na segunda unidade é discutida a concepção de profi ssional da educação, sua importância para a organização e o funcionamento da escola e o espaço de mobilização destes profi ssionais por meio das associações de classe. Na unidade 3 são apresentadas as concepções e os modelos de gestão educacional. Na unidade 4, é exposta a construção, execução e acompanhamento de seu projeto político pedagógico e, por fi m, é detalhado o funcionamento da escola, a organização de seus setores e suas respectivas funções. |
| Abstract: | The Study Guide is organized into four units, which follow an order of presentation of the broadest aspects of the educational system for the detailed organization of the school unit, with the aim of showing the connections between the various levels. The first unit presents the Brazilian education system and its links with democratic management. In the second unit, the concept of an education professional is discussed, its importance for the organization and functioning of the school and the space for mobilizing these professionals through class associations. In unit 3, educational management concepts and models are presented. In unit 4, the construction, execution and monitoring of its political pedagogical project is explained and, finally, the functioning of the school, the organization of its sectors and their respective functions are detailed. |
