A PATRULHA MARIA DA PENHA COMO COMPETÊNCIA DA GUARDA CIVIL MUNICIPAL DE CORUMBÁ

Abstract

In light of the Federal Constitution and legislation at the federal and municipal level, the objective of this work was to analyze whether the competencies of the Maria da Penha Patrol are in line with those of the Municipal Civil Guard of Corumbá. To this end, a history of the Municipal Civil Guard of Corumbá was made based on the creation documents up to the current legislation. In the theoretical outline of this work, the current overview of the competencies of the Corumbá Municipal Civil Guard was presented. Within the proposed theme, the history of the Municipal Civil Guard was discussed with a chronological exposition of its origins. Its structure was presented, with staff, location on the organization chart of the Secretariat of Public Security and Social Defense, its structure and operational work centers. Discussing the Maria da Penha Patrol of the Municipality of Corumbá, a summary of its history was made, an explanation of its routine services and the importance of the protection network for women victims of violence. At the end, the performance of the Maria da Penha Patrol and the competencies of the Municipal Civil Guard of Corumbá are listed, showing the harmony between the competencies of both. In the conclusions we will show whether the competencies of the Maria da Penha Patrol are in line with those of the Municipal Civil Guard of Corumbá.
