A IMPORTÂNCIA DO LÚDICO NA INCLUSÃO DE ESTUDANTES COM AUTISMO

Abstract

The present work aims to analyze the importance of play for the integral development of students with autism in the early years of Elementary School, seeking to understand how games can contribute to the overall development and acquisition of knowledge of students. It seeks to reflect on the contributions of play to the teaching and learning process of these students. The research aims to help teachers reflect and review their pedagogical practices in relation to playfulness, motivating them to expand their knowledge, thus providing students with autism with a new way of enriching their knowledge through activities that bring joy, motivation, empathy, knowledge production and cognitive and motor development. The methodology used is based on a literature review that aimed to analyze the perspectives of different authors on the proposed topic. It is believed that playfulness is an instrument that allows students to progress in learning and acquire various skills and for teachers to improve their educational practice.
