Abstract

This is a book about the health worker, it gathers experiences in the area of ​​Health of the Health worker, developed by a research group registered with CNPq, an interface between researchers of Postgraduate Programs of three universities in the country. It was based on recent research, developed by authors. The general objective is to offer some guidance to readers for the development of other proposals for improving workers' mental health health care, especially in the post-pandemic covid-19 period. The content was presented in a sequence that facilitates the understanding of the theme, starting from a historical contextualization, passing through presentations of the theoretical lens on the subject, pointing out the “state of the art” with the discussion of recent publications, ending with an intervention proposal
