Análise espectrofotométrica da expressão dos imunomarcadores Ki-67 e p53 em Leucoplasias Orais

Abstract

This study proposes to analyze the behaviour spectrophotometrically leukoplakia of immunohistochemical antibodies against Ki-67 and p53. We analyzed 11 specimens of leukoplakia, 11 leukoplakias without dysplasia and the results were compared to the control group, composed of 11 inflammatory fibrous hyperplasia. The specimens were cut with a thickness of 3m, previously deposited on silanized slides and to immunohistochemical processing. The slides were analyzed under a light microscope by two observers and then three samples were selected, excluding the basal layer, for the spectrophotometric analysis. When compared with the group of leukoplakia of the inflammatory fibrous hyperplasia, there was a statiscally significant difference in the marking of both Ki-67 and p53. There was statiscal significance in comparison of leukoplakia with dysplasia and markedyperplasia with p53 and Ki-67. In the comparison of leukoplakia without dysplasia with leukoplakia with dysplasia was statistically siginificant for both markers. It is concluded that the leukoplakia with dysplasia has a higher density spectrophotometric, p53 was more sensitive for wounds on the markers studied whereas the markers studied the leukoplakias without dysplasia showed no significant density spectrophotometrically.
