| Resumo: | RESUMO O objetivo desta pesquisa foi identificar como os estudos científicos, na área da Administração, abordam o conflito trabalho-família sob a perspectiva feminina. Para tanto, foi realizada uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL). O estudo revelou a complexidade e o desafio da mulher no mercado de trabalho, com o acúmulo de tarefas domésticas. Porém ao analisar o corpus da pesquisa, foi constatado que o conflito trabalho-família não apresenta relação negativa com fatores como o home office e a busca pelo desenvolvimento da carreira das mulheres docentes. Contudo, durante a pandemia, verificou-se o desgaste decorrente da sobrecarga de atividades nas esferas profissional e familiar. Já as mulheres empreendedoras digitais vivenciam maior sobreposição entre vida pessoal e trabalho, tornando o conflito mais evidente. Palavras chaves: conflito trabalho-família, mulher, sobrecarga. |
| Abstract: | WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT: A WOMEN'S CHALLENGE ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to identify how scientific studies in the field of Administration address work-family conflict from a female perspective. To this end, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted. The study revealed the complexity and challenges faced by women in the labor market, with the accumulation of domestic tasks. However, upon analyzing the research corpus, it was found that work-family conflict does not present a negative relationship with factors such as working from home and the pursuit of career development by female teachers. Nevertheless, during the pandemic, the strain is due to the overload of activities in both professional and family spheres. Digital entrepreneurial women, on the other hand, experience a greater overlap between personal life and work, making the conflict more evident. Keywords: work-family conflict, women, overload. |
