Abstract

This paper analyzes social inclusion and international protection of refugees in Brazil from a human rights perspective. It examines national and international legal frameworks. It highlights the challenges refugees face in accessing basic services such as healthcare, education, and employment. It evaluates public policies and social integration actions by state institutions and civil society organizations. It emphasizes the importance of cooperation between the state and society to ensure refugee dignity and citizenship. It supports the effective application of human rights as a tool to promote inclusion. It concludes that refugee protection relies on inclusive policies and humanitarian principles.
