MORADIA E CENTRO DE CONVIVÊNCIA PARA IDOSOS NO MUNICÍPIO DE NAVIRAÍ-MS

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to prepare an architectural project for a long-term care institution for the elderly (ILPI). Develop a project that provides a place for coexistence and housing for elderly people who are abandoned or not, promoting citizenship, improving quality of life, autonomy, encouraging their socialization through physical and intellectual activities that rescue and value their role social, their experiences. Ensure the well-being of these people, and in this sense insert neuroarchitecture and biophilia into built environments and not only consider aesthetics and functionality, but also the sensation of those who will use that place. Analyze and discuss in a broad way about these institutions aimed at the elderly on a national, regional and local scale, this being the municipality of Naviraí-ms. This article includes two study projects: the Taikang Community Yan Garden Activity Center for the Elderly and Vila Dignidade. Therefore, these study objects present important and highly relevant considerations to be considered
