Abstract

ABSTRACT The study was concerned to make an analysis about the politics, economics and juridics challenges to implement and using the Law nº 14.193 - Law of Anonimal Futball Society (A.F.S). It aims to know what was the political type were the promulgation of the aforementioned text took place, for what can be considered the history for the greater modernization of Brazilian football in management in the exploitation of the activity. We are also familiar with the details and impacts of each component of the law on market freedom, making relevant comparisons between the models already in force within the country and how these models can attract the attention of investors, whether national or foreign, for their ventures. We divided the discussion of the topic into four chapters, the first being dedicated to updating the reader and introducing him to the business environment in which the study is carried out. In the second chapter, we demonstrate, in a dynamic way, how they behave as authorizations to act and react in the pursuit of the analyzed corporate regimes. In the third chapter, we see how the legislator's proposal behaved in the transition of clubs in judicial recovery. And finally, in chapter four, we study the state incentive for the activity of the entrepreneur seen as a tax contributor in a special regime. Keywords: Football. Football Company.
