Abstract: The use of the networks of interactions aids in the identification of patterns and organizing processes of plant communities and pollinators. We studied the structure of the network of interactions between plants and floral visitors over two years in a sub-region of the Pantanal Sul in order to understand which are the interactors, how the interactions are structured and what the possible mechanisms involved in this structuring. A total of 238 interactions were recorded among 55 plant species and 80 species of floral visitors. The network of plant-floral interactions showed incomplete and low connectivity, was nested, modular and specialized, except in the dry season, when nesting was not significant. The number of interacting species was significantly lower in the dry season, which presented higher level of specialization (H2 '). Among the predictor variables analyzed, the number of individuals was correlated with the degree, the strength of interactions and the diversity of partners. The diversity of partners was related to the number of flowers. The specialization of the species (d ') was not related to the floral attributes analyzed. The modules were not explained by phylogenetic relationships or by floral attributes.
