Infecções sexualmente transmissíveis (IST): o HPV, a Sífilis, a Gonorréia e o HIV

Abstract

This educational material is a booklet with informative texts on what the sexually transmitted infections (STI) are, what are the main etiological agents responsible for STIs, forms of transmission, signs and symptoms, forms of diagnosis (clinical and laboratory) , available treatments and how adolescents can prevent themselves from STIs. In addition, the booklet provides information on the main STI prevention methods available in the SUS (Brazilian Health System), with the objective of contributing to the reduction of the occurrence of STIs in adolescents in the most vulnerable neighborhoods of Campo Grande - MS.
