A NEGOCIAÇÃO COLETIVA DO TRABALHO COMO PROMOTORA DO TRABALHO DECENTE PROPOSTO NA AGENDA 2030

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the possibility of promoting decent work through collective bargaining, especially after the changes introduced by Law 13,467/2017 and under Goal 8.5 of the 2030 Agenda. The research, descriptive and exploratory in nature, employs the hypothetical-deductive method, using bibliographical and documentary approaches, reviewing books, articles, periodicals, and documents from specialized organizations, as well as journalistic clippings. As a result, it is observed that collective labor negotiation serves as a means of dialogue between parties capable of promoting labor policies and establishing working conditions that may ensure the fundamental rights outlined in the 1988 Constitution, thereby fostering dignified work for all. This, in turn, aligns with SDG 8.5 and the pursuit of decent work according to the 2030 Agenda.
