Abstract

This work seeks to present and measure the Worst Forms of Child Labor in Brazilian territory and the international and national legal instruments to eradicate this social ill. Understanding that the worst forms of child labor is a problem that plagues society and causes irreparable damage to children and adolescents who need or are forced to perform certain activities for profit - either to help their family or forced by parents or by third parties - it is important to dimension the legislative apparatus, as well as the socio-educational measures, in the fight against these injured rights. The methodology used to carry out this article was the analysis and reading of various doctrines, norms and legislation regarding this theme, in compliance with the Brazilian reality and the data released on this problem.
