Estudos em direito constitucional subnacional: Anais do III seminário do observatório constitucional/ subcost UFMS CPTL

Abstract

The book consists of annals of an international scientific event held three years ago within the scope of the Bachelor's Degree in Law at the Três Lagoas Campus, which, in 2021, took place in the online modality between June 21 and 23, 2021. UFMS professors and students participants the event had the participation of researchers and professors from Brazil and abroad in its various editions (Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Argentina), and linked to several Brazilian and foreign educational institutions. There are abstracts authored by UFMS/CPTL students, participants or not in the institutional scientific initiation programs - PIBIC/PIVIC and by external participants from institutions such as UFRJ (RJ), URCA (CE), UNICAP (PE) and UFPR (PR ). Therefore, it is composed of 21 chapters, consisting of expanded abstracts, whose oral presentations were submitted and approved by the call of the event and presented by the participants. The work is entirely dedicated to Subnational Constitutionalism, an emerging area in the field of Constitutional Law.
