| Resumo: | Analisar os impactos de um novo tipo de tecnologia é essencial para melhorar o desenvolvimento da mesma futuramente. Neste trabalho foram discutidos os aspectos da quarta revolução no município de Naviraí-MS e na rotina de trabalho das mulheres, foram analisadas as principais mudanças e qual é a visão das mulheres que residem e trabalham nas indústrias a respeito do tema. Além disso, buscou-se entender como as mulheres estão se preparando para a nova revolução industrial. Utilizou-se o método de abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, sendo também caracterizada como descritiva pela busca em representar a opinião de um grupo específico de mulheres. Foram coletados 14 questionários com um total de 30 perguntas, após a tabulação dos dados através de planilhas no Excel foi possível analisar as respostas coletadas. Concluiu-se que a respeito do conhecimento sobre indústria 4.0, as mulheres que possuem ensino superior incompleto, apenas 25% responderam que conhecem o termo. Nota-se através das respostas do questionário aplicado que em relação a contratação e promoção igualitária entre os gêneros, concluiu-se que as mulheres que ganham de 2 a 5 salários mínimos 100% responderam negativamente a respeito. |
| Abstract: | Analyzing the impacts of a new type of technology is essential to improve its development in the future. In this work, aspects of the fourth revolution in Naviraí-MS were discussed and in the women's work routine, the main changes were analyzed and what is the vision of the women who live and work in the industries regarding the theme. In addition, it aimed to understand how women are preparing for the new industrial revolution. The qualitative and quantitative approach method was used, being also characterized as descriptive by the search to represent the opinion of a specific group of women. 14 questionnaires were collected with a total of 30 questions, after tabulation of the data through spreadsheets in Excel it was possible to analyze the responses collected. It was concluded that regarding knowledge about industry 4.0, women who have incomplete higher education, only 25% answered that they know the term. It can be seen through the responses to the questionnaire applied that in relation to equal hiring and promotion between genders, it was concluded that women who earn 2 to 5 minimum wages 100% answered negatively about it. |
