Do(c)entes readaptados: as vozes que ecoam nos discursos

Abstract

Neste estudo pretende-se, a partir do acontecimento “professores readaptados” nas escolas da rede pública de Campo Grande/MS, refletir sobre as formas de adoecimento e os discursos que permeiam as práticas destes do(c)entes. Partimos do pressuposto de que a readaptação é uma forma, um instrumento do cuidado de si. A readaptação neste sentido passa a ser a maneira encontrada pelos professores de se afastarem daquilo que prejudica sua saúde psíquica e física, do que lhes traz aviltamento e os reposiciona na vida, no mundo e em suas próprias subjetividades, pois a partir deste processo, o professor tenta criar novos mecanismos de resistência e outros significados existenciais. A relevância do mesmo se mostra não só pelo elevado número de profissionais em situação de readaptação como pela ausência de projetos ou políticas públicas voltadas para esses sujeitos. Almejamos assim, dar maior visibilidade a esta condição, bem como aos elementos contidos nos discursos que perpassam o exercício profissional destes. Por meio de pesquisa empírica de base qualitativa, realizou-se o levantamento sobre os significados da readaptação na vida dos entrevistados. O instrumento utilizado para a coleta de dados foi a entrevista de narrativa de vida. Dentre as perspectivas teóricas possíveis, elegeu-se o viés de Michel Foucault (1926-1984) o qual emprega-se para a caracterização da problemática dos dados coletados, por meio da análise do discurso. A partir da análise das entrevistas, pode-se localizar, nos discursos dos entrevistados, os sentimentos de insatisfação, abandono, incapacidade, frustração, inutilidade, fracasso e sofrimento, em razão da situação a que estão submetidos, bem como estereótipos como os da segregação e do preconceito bastante consolidados.

ABSTRACT - The intention of this study is to, starting with the event “readapted teachers” in the public school system of Campo Grande/MS, reflect on the forms of becoming ill and the discourse which permeates the practices of these “ill” teachers. Starting from the assumption that readaptation is is a form, an instrument of the care of self. The readaptation in this sense becomes the way found by the teachers to stay away from what is harmful to their physical and mental health, from what brings disgrace and repositions life, in the world and in their own subjectivities, because from this process, the teacher tries to create new mechanisms of resistance and other existential meanings. Its relevance is shown not only by the large number of professionals in rehabilitation situation as by the absence of projects or public policies geared to these subjects. Thus, we aim to give greater visibility to this condition, as well as to the elements contained in the speeches that pertain to the professional practices. A survey on the meanings of rehabilitation in the lives of respondents was done through an empirical research of qualitative basis. The instrument used for collecting data was the narrative of life interview. Among the possible theoretical perspectives, the one applied was that proposed by Michel Foucault (1926-1984) which is used for the characterization of the issue of data collected through discourse analysis. From the analysis of the interviews, one can find, in the speeches of the interviewees, the feelings of dissatisfaction, abandonment, failure, frustration, futility and suffering, as a result of the situation to which they are subjected, as well as how the stereotypes of segregation and prejudice well consolidated.
