A psicose como criação na obra de Piera Aulagnier e Cornelius Castoriadis

Abstract

A presente dissertação tem como objetivo investigar a formação do eu na psicose, enfatizando especificamente no tipo clínico da paranoia e seu funcionamento no aparelho psíquico. O método adotado para análise foi a Psicanálise destacando a classificação de doenças diante da nosologia atual e interrogando os sintomas e suas manifestações. Partindo de princípios teóricos da Psicanálise sobre o mecanismo de formação das psicoses a singularidade de suas manifestações na paranoia, com proposta de elucidação sobre os desdobramentos clínicos. Estas articulações abordaram as formulações que norteiam o tema especificamente enfatizando a estrutura do delírio como marco diferencial que a Psicanálise oferece ao discurso da normatização. O percurso abordou a epistemologia do conceito, incluindo desde a direção ao método de tratamento, dispondo das principais bases de compreensão do fenômeno. Foi tomado como referencia a Psicanálise, até as contribuições de Cornelius Castoriadis e o desenvolvimento psicanalítico realizado por Piera Aulagnier. Como resultado desta pesquisa, apontamos a emersão do sujeito da Psicose – paranoico- para além de uma patologia clássica. Podendo, assim, colocar outras perspectivas da atuação psicanalítica, tendo como perspectiva o resgate do processo subjetivo de formação do eu e o advento do sujeito na paranoia, o qual constrói sua própria modalidade de existência.

ABSTRACT - This thesis aims to investigate the formation of the self in psychosis, focusing specifically on the clinical type of paranoia and its operation in the psychic apparatus. The method adopted for analysis was psychoanalysis highlighting the classification of diseases on the current nosology and questioning the symptoms and manifestations. Starting from the theoretical principles of psychoanalysis on the formation mechanism of psychosis the uniqueness of its manifestations in paranoia, with proposal for clarification on clinical outcomes. These joints have addressed the formulations that guide the theme of the delusion specifically emphasizing the structure and distinguishing feature that psychoanalysis offers to the discourse of regulation. The course addressed the concept of epistemology, ranging from the direction of the treatment method, disposing of the main bases of understanding of the phenomenon. It was taken as a reference to psychoanalysis, to the contributions of Cornelius Castoriadis and the psychoanalytic development conducted by Piera Aulagnier. As a result of this research, we point to the emergence of the subject of psychosis - paranoico- beyond a classical pathology. And thus can put other perspectives of psychoanalytic activity, with the prospect the rescue of the subjective process of formation of the self and the advent of the subject in paranoia, which builds its own mode of existence.
