Abstract: The text presents the results of an extension project designed and developed in 2024, linked to the Psychology program, focusing on the themes of identity, gender, and sexual orientation. The main goal was to create a space for discussion and training on these issues, promoting inclusion and reflection among university students. The theoretical and methodological framework is based on a post-structuralist perspective and Queer Theory, which guided both the discussions and the activities carried out. The project was developed through six (06) sessions, two (02) of which took place at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS) and four (04) at the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UEMS), both located in Paranaíba (MS). The central objective was to create an environment of dialogue and support within the local university context. According to the results observed, the objectives were fully achieved — both through the debates promoted in the discussion circles and through the participants’ appropriation of new concepts related to the thematic approaches. Furthermore, the exchange of experiences and reflections that emerged during the “Gender Doll” activity reinforced learning, collective creation, and participant engagement with the theme.
