| Resumo: | As marcas de um persistente sistema patriarcal ainda são muito presentes na sociedade atual, mormente quando se analisam parâmetros socioculturais que, de alguma forma, ainda balizam as desigualdades de gênero. Nesse contexto, a luta das mulheres tem sido ininterrupta em busca de uma sociedade livre de preconceitos e discriminações. Dentre as diferentes formas de violência, como a física, sexual, patrimonial e moral encontra-se a violência psicológica, a mais difícil de ser percebida, uma vez que as mulheres possuem dificuldade de perceber suas nuances e de se reconhecer como vítimas nas mais variadas situações. A violência psicológica é uma forma de violação contra as mulheres nas relações de gênero, uma vez que é contínua e gradativa, por se tratar de uma manifestação minuciosa de abusos que afetam direta ou indiretamente a sua psique, provocando-lhe contínuos prejuízos. Tendo em vista o exposto, esta pesquisa se propõe a investigar a violência de gênero dirigida à mulher, tomando como objeto a de viés psicológica, com o objetivo de analisar as representações sociais de estudantes universitárias sobre ocorrência dessa forma de violência no âmbito íntimo dos relacionamentos afetivos, nos limites das universidades situadas no município de Campo Grande – MS. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de intenção explicativa, de caráter qualitativo, com base em dois grupos focais compostos por 9 participantes ao todo, sendo estes estudantes das universidades de Campo Grande - MS. Como elemento disparador dos grupos focais foram utilizados uma notícia e um vídeo sobre violência psicológica, veiculados na imprensa online. Após a finalização dos grupos focais, utilizou-se o método de análise de conteúdo, de acordo com L. Bardin (2011); para organização dos discursos e para a análise e discussão fundamentou-se com a Teoria das Representações Sociais (1961) sistematizada por Moscovici e Jodelet (1989). Concluiu-se que as estudantes universitárias constroem representações sociais da violência psicológica em relações afetivas baseadas em papéis de gênero; porquanto as universitárias narraram diversas situações de violência psicológica, frequentemente envolvendo amigas, conhecidos ou familiares, em vez de suas vivências. Elas reconhecem a origem cultural dessa violência, enraizada nos papéis de gênero definidos pela família. Além disso, essas mulheres possuem um repertório informativo ampliado sobre gênero, adquirido tanto no campus da universidade quanto em plataformas online. | Abstract: | The marks of a persistent patriarchal system are still very present in today's society, especially when analyzing sociocultural parameters that, in some way, still guide gender inequalities. In this context, women's struggle has been uninterrupted in search of a society free from prejudice and discrimination. Among the different forms of violence, such as physical, sexual, patrimonial and moral, psychological violence is the most difficult to perceive, since women have difficulty perceiving its nuances and recognizing themselves as victims in the most varied situations. Psychological violence is a form of violation against women in gender relations, since it is continuous and gradual, as it is a detailed manifestation of abuse that directly or indirectly affects the psyche of women, causing extensive harm to the victims. In view of the above, this research aims to investigate gender violence directed at women, taking psychological violence as its object, with the aim of analyzing the social representations of university students about psychological violence in affective relationships at universities located in the city of Campo Grande - MS. This is an explanatory research, of a qualitative nature, based on two focus groups composed of 9 participants in total, being students from universities in Campo Grande - MS. As a trigger element for the focus groups, a news story and a video about psychological violence published in the online press were used. After the conclusion of the focus groups, the content analysis method was used, according to L. Bardin (2011) to organize the speeches and the analysis and discussion were based on the Theory of Social Representations (1961) systematized by Moscovici and Jodelet (1989). It was concluded that female university students construct social representations of psychological violence in affective relationships based on gender roles. The interviewees described several situations of psychological violence, often involving friends, acquaintances or family members, instead of their own experiences. The female university students recognize the cultural origin of this violence, rooted in the gender roles defined by the family. In addition, these women have an expanded repertoire about gender, acquired both at university and on online platforms.
