dc.description.abstractThis Course Conclusion Paper aims to analyze the experience developed at PIBID Artes Visuais in the use of technology as an educational resource during the pandemic, aiming to understand its impact on art teaching and teacher training, within the scope of the Visual Arts Degree Course from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). The research was based on exploratory and bibliographic studies, using authors such as Castells (2012, 2021), Freire (1996), Kenski (2012, 2013), Bogdan and Biklen (1994) and Moran (2005) to provide definitions of the term technology and its relationship with education. Furthermore, the research used a questionnaire to collect the narratives of Pibidiana scholarship holders, consisting of eight questions and carried out using the Google Docs form, with the participation of five Pibidianas. In the final considerations, we conclude that it is necessary to promote broad adaptation in the teacher training process, both initial and continuing, in relation to the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs) in education. Furthermore, we highlight the importance of a better structure in schools to promote the insertion and use of technologies in the school environment. Regarding the participation of the Pibidianas during the pandemic period, we observed that there was prior knowledge on the part of the scholarship holders, however, the lack of resources in schools and the school community limited the implementation of innovations in art teaching during this period.-
