Abstract

Satisfaction surveys are essential to better understand the needs and needs and motivations of employees, contributing to more productive, healthy and productive, healthy and satisfying work environments. The aim of this study was to assess the job satisfaction employees in the operational sector of a company in the supermarket sector in Anastácio-MS. The research method is quantitative in nature, using the the Job Satisfaction Scale (EST) by Siqueira (2008). The survey was carried out in the second semester of 2023 and 54 employees from different functions were surveyed. The results provided valuable insights into each dimension of job satisfaction in the company studied. the company studied, with the possibility of significant implications for the organization's management. organization.
