When talking about integral health promotion for lesbians, bisexuals and all cis women who permeate their sexual practices with homoeroticism, it is noticeable that the precepts of integrality and equity in health promotion are not present in the routine care of these users. This research sought to understand, based on the experiences lived by cis lesbian and bisexual women, regarding sexual and reproductive health care in Primary Health Care services. It is a qualitative, exploratory research and the composition of the sample of participants This was done through the “snowball” technique, in which a “seed” person indicates the contact of other people belonging to the study population and so on, since the inclusion criterion is being a cis lesbian or cis woman. bisexual, who have sex with other women. An online form was used to collect data and 52 responses were obtained. From them, semi-structured interviews were carried out using the virtual platform Google Meet®️ with 12 cis women who have sex with cis women (McSMc). The results showed that the majority of health professionals are not open to dialogue and assume compulsory heterosexuality, making invisible the needs of a group that increasingly distances itself from health services and has its health neglected.-
