| Resumo: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo a análise do cumprimento da medida socioeducativa de internação, para tanto é substancial identificar as relações de poder contidas nos discursos, discutir as associações de regra e ordem nos documentos oficiais e indicar os reflexos com a educação nas Unidades Educacionais de Internação. Por meio de análise bibliográfica, argumentamos que a estigmatização do adolescente infrator é reforçada pelas representações da mídia. Ao mesmo tempo, apontamos analogias da medida socioeducativa com a cultura carcerária, constatando que as práticas disciplinares individualizam ao mesmo tempo em que adestram. |
| Abstract: | The objective of this work is to analyze compliance with the socio-educational measure of internment, for which it is essential to identify the power relations contained in the speeches, discuss the rule and order associations in official documents and indicate the reflexes with education in the Educational Units of Internment . Through bibliographical analysis, we argue that the stigmatization of the juvenile offender is reinforced by media representations. At the same time, we point out analogies of the socio-educational measure with the prison culture, noting that disciplinary practices individualize at the same time that they train. |
