VIOLÊNCIA DE GÊNERO: UMA ANÁLISE SOB A PERSPECTIVA INTERSECCIONAL

Abstract

The article aims to analyze the phenomenon of gender violence from the perspective of intersectionality, that is, that which affects black women, including black and brown women. Thus, it was necessary to briefly describe the historical context of our country, as well as clarify the concept of intersectionality, also describe the types of violence, demonstrate the reality of this violence with concrete data and present the laws and public policies in force in the Brazilian legal system, so that the analysis of its incidence and effectiveness with the black female population can be carried out. To achieve this objective, bibliographical and qualitative-quantitative methodology were used, with the reading of works by authors who develop themselves in feminist causes, such as Collins e Bilge (2021), Carneiro (2011), Gonzalez (2020), the use of information provided by Brazilian research institutions, as well as the analysis and understanding of results obtained. With this research, it was possible to understand that in order to achieve the efficiency of current norms and actions and, consequently, the reduction of violence, it is necessary to study and include education in human rights so that there is a greater understanding of the diversities and inequalities present in our society.Palavras-chave: Violência de gênero.
