dc.description.abstractAbstract: The present study presents an analysis of the importance of mental health in the workplace, providing studies and information about good corporate practices aimed at promoting workers’ psychological well-being. It reflects the transformations, updates, and globalization within the world of work, highlighting technological advancements, safety requirements, and preventive measures concerning the human capital of organizations. Adopting a qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive research methodology, the study addresses concerns regarding the emergence of new disorders related to occupational stress. Through the case study of the company SLC Agrícola S/A, it is possible to observe how this institution addresses such issues in order to comply with regulations and meet the necessary standards for employee care. Among the practices analyzed, the company’s mental health prevention programs stand out, including partnerships with platforms such as Zenklub and the “Quality of Life” program, which provide emotional support, wellness activities, assistance in preventing psychosocial disorders, and opportunities for leisure and cultural engagement. These practices have been shown to significantly contribute to improving the organizational climate, increasing productivity, and strengthening corporate culture, while emphasizing the importance of caring for employees. Therefore, it is concluded that investing in mental health in the workplace not only prevents illness but also strengthens social responsibility and the sustainable development of organizations.
