dc.description.abstractThis study presents a comprehensive business plan detailing the structure and viability of Bohre – Criação e Customização, a specialized workshop focused on the fabrication of high-end, custom furniture featuring an industrial design aesthetic. The core production strategy involves the sophisticated combination of wood, iron, and epoxy resin, targeting the regional market of Naviraí, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. The methodology employed consisted of a strategic analysis of the furniture market, the identification of a significant market gap for highly customized and distinctively designed products in the region, and the subsequent development of detailed marketing, operational, human resources, and financial plans. The business's differentiation strategy is centered on providing exclusivity, superior quality, and technical specialization. Operational results indicate solidity in contribution margins and profitability. However, the substantial initial fixed asset investment (land and workshop building) resulted in a payback period exceeding 60 months and yielded a negative Net Present Value (NPV) coupled with a negative Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Despite these initial financial metrics, the sales forecast adopted is relatively modest, particularly considering the increasing demand for personalized and exclusive furniture in the targeted region. Therefore, it is anticipated that the business will achieve gradual growth, and the financial return rates will become increasingly attractive over a three-year operating cycle. Additionally, the city of Naviraí is experiencing economic expansion, which projects a valuation increase in the entrepreneur's property. The study concludes that leveraging the absence of direct competitors and adopting a gradual production growth strategy will be key factors in successfully leveraging the business.-
