Cine Park: Proposta de um projeto arquitetônico para espaços de Lazer e Gatronomia.

Abstract

The present study proposes the development of the project “Cine Park”, a space that integrates a multiplex cinema with a gastronomic area composed of food containers, aiming to promote social interaction and diversify leisure options in the city of Naviraí-MS. The research highlights the importance of cinema as a cultural facility that goes beyond film exhibition, functioning as a space for sociability and reflection. The lack of cultural options in the region and the growing demand for accessible entertainment spaces motivated the creation of “Cine Park.”The project seeks not only to meet the needs of the local population but also to attract visitors from neighboring cities, fostering commerce and economic development. The methodology employed included the application of a questionnaire to identify the community’s perceptions and expectations, as well as case studies that served as references for the proposal.The research results revealed strong acceptance of the initiative, demonstrating the urgency of creating a local cinema. Furthermore, the study addresses aspects such as accessibility, sustainability, and the relationship between cinema and gastronomy, emphasizing the importance of creating an environment that values local culture and promotes social interaction. By integrating two different forms of entertainment, “Cine Park” positions itself as a model of excellence in cultural spaces, contributing to the community’s quality of life. Keywords: Cinema.
