Abstract

Understanding how individuals relate, communicate and interact in organizations is essential for developing effective management strategies. This study highlights key concepts about behavior, climate and emotional intelligence for building a healthy and collaborative environment. In addition to bibliographic research, a qualitative and quantitative approach was adopted using an online questionnaire applied to professionals from different sectors. This combination allows for an integrated analysis between theory and practice. The results indicate that most respondents recognize the importance of behavior in interpersonal relationships and collective performance and a predominance of positive perception of the organizational climate, although they recognize the presence of failures in communication and active listening. The study concludes that humanized management practices and empathetic leadership are essential to create healthy and productive organizational environments.
