| Resumo: | Tendo em vista a importância das Escrituras Sagradas para inúmeras culturas, elas se tornaram foco de pesquisa sob diversas vertentes interpretativas; nessa perspectiva, o presente trabalho se estabeleceu de modo a investigar como a confiança se constitui como paixão semiótica no livro de Salmos. Essa paixão emerge como um elemento central na relação do salmista com Deus, revelada nas figuras e nos temas que constroem as isotopias, como a proteção divina, a salvação e o louvor, evidenciando a profundidade da fé e da dependência do salmista em relação ao divino; assim, a análise se concretizou recorrendo a conceitos da semiótica discursiva. Optou-se por realizar uma análise escolhendo especificamente passagens textuais que revelassem a confiança do salmista em Deus, tendo sido selecionados os salmos 23, 27, 40, 63, 71 e 121. É importante destacar que a análise considera duas línguas: primeiramente o português, língua em que a dissertação está desenvolvida, e o hebraico como apoio de análise, idioma original desses textos. A análise abrange não apenas os significados linguísticos, mas também as nuances culturais e os efeitos de sentido presentes nos textos a partir das duas línguas, sendo, portanto, utilizadas as versões em língua hebraica e em língua portuguesa do livro Tehilim Keter David (2020). Já a transliteração utilizada para os textos de Salmos está presente em O livro dos salmos com transliteração linear, versão de 2017, que contém os textos em hebraico, em português (interlinear) e transliterado. É válido destacar que o trabalho se construiu por meio da seleção dos elementos figurativos em língua hebraica e o modo como eles constroem as isotopias presentes; para isso, a pesquisa abordou o conceito proposto por Bertrand (2003), entendendo que compreender o sentido não diz respeito apenas a identificar os objetos no mundo, mas a reconhecer as relações entre eles, as quais constroem significações. Essas isotopias são possíveis de serem compreendidas por meio dos elementos figurativos e temáticos que compõem as poesias presentes nos Salmos; para as isotopias, também é preciso destacar que consideramos a análise da confiança, tendo em mente que, na língua hebraica, a relação entre אמונה, no transliterado Emunah, que, de forma superficial, é traduzido como fé, e o lexema ביטחון, no transliterado Bitachon, que é confiança plena em Deus, revela a conexão entre seus conceitos. Assim, entendemos a importância de analisar os lexemas e suas construções de sentido em hebraico, já que os textos foram originalmente escritos nesse idioma, o que nos permite compreender melhor os significados culturais e os efeitos de sentido associados; além disso, reconhecemos que os textos selecionados para análise formam um conjunto coeso de significados, intrinsecamente relacionados à língua hebraica. |
| Abstract: | Considering the importance of the Holy Scriptures for countless cultures, they have become a focus of research across various interpretative perspectives; in this context, the present work investigates how trust is constituted as a semiotic passion in the Book of Psalms. This passion emerges as a central element in the relationship between the psalmist and God, revealed through figures and themes that construct isotopies, such as divine protection, salvation, and praise, highlighting the depth of the psalmist's faith and dependence on the divine. The analysis is anchored in concepts from discursive semiotics. Specific textual passages revealing the psalmist's trust in God were chosen for analysis, including Psalms 23, 27, 40, 63, 71, and 121. Importantly, the analysis considers two languages: primarily Portuguese, the language in which the dissertation is developed, and Hebrew as an analytical support, the original language of these texts. The analysis covers not only linguistic meanings but also the cultural nuances and sense effects present in both languages, using both the Hebrew and Portuguese versions from the book Tehilim Keter David (2020). The transliteration used for the Psalms texts is found in O livro dos salmos com transliteração linear, the 2017 version, which contains the texts in Hebrew, in Portuguese (interlinear), and transliterated. It is worth noting that this work is constructed by selecting figurative elements in Hebrew and examining how they build the present isotopies. For this, the research utilized Bertrand's (2003) concept, understanding that comprehending a meaning involves not only identifying objects in the world but also recognizing the relationships among them, which construct meanings. These isotopies are comprehensible through the figurative and thematic elements that compose the poetic texts in the Psalms. Regarding isotopies, we must also note that we consider the analysis of trust, bearing in mind that, in Hebrew, the relationship between אמונה Emunah, transliterated, superficially translated as faith, and the lexeme ביטחון Bitachon, transliterated, which represents full trust in God, reveals the connection between these concepts. This underscores the importance of analyzing the lexemes and their meaning constructions in Hebrew, since the texts were originally written in that language, allowing for a deeper understanding of the cultural meanings and sense effects associated with them. Furthermore, we recognize that the texts selected for analysis form a cohesive set of meanings, intrinsically related to the Hebrew language. |
