dc.description.abstractIn the contemporary educational context, we face the challenge of making learning more effective and engaging, especially in challenging subjects like molecular biology. DNA replication, fundamental for understanding biological processes, is often complex for elementary and high school students. Addressing DNA replication highlights the complexity of the topic, often resulting in comprehension challenges for students. Traditional approaches have limitations in this context. The identified gap lies in the lack of active methodologies that make DNA replication accessible to elementary and high school students, particularly through the integration of the Scratch programming language, an underexplored area with rich innovative potential. The aim is to explore how the Scratch programming language can facilitate the learning of DNA replication, making it more accessible and engaging for students. The study seeks to bridge the gap by creating an interactive activity, promoting a visual, practical, and personalized approach. This work not only aims to improve the understanding of DNA replication but also seeks to establish an innovative methodology applicable to other complex subjects. The success of Scratch as an educational tool can not only enhance biological understanding but also promote computational thinking and problem-solving skills, contributing to the long-term transformation of education.-
