T This monograph investigates the musical artistic life trajectory of fans and actors in the cover culture as practice, through oral reports provided by collaborators, limited to the municipality of Nova Andradina-MS, understanding the different individual and also collective paths of building the artistic cover scene. . Aiming to reach a perception of a certain degree of the presence of balance or equity of natural and artistic impulses: the Apollonian and Dionysian impulses proposed by the philosopher Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche in “The Birth of Greek Tragedy: From the Spirit of Music” (2020 ). In the first part of the work, I initially explore Nietzsche's concepts, analyzing his vision of ideas and concepts, and then reflect on the understanding and understanding of the theoretical foundation that guides “music”. The research studied the origin of the term cover, etymologically. Finally, I analyze oral history research collected in interviews with local artists, seeking to glimpse the connection between the practice of cover and the perception of this musical style with equity and balance of the impulses proposed by Nietzsche. Keywords: Cover music. Nova Andradina-MS. Dionysian impulse.-
