Experiência vivenciadas na Educação física

Abstract

This report aims to present the experiences gained during supervised internships in the Physical Education course - Bachelor's Degree at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). An internship is one of the most important components of academic training, as it allows students to experience the daily routine of the profession and apply the theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the course. The internship activities were carried out in five different areas: Motor and Adapted Activities, Public Health, Sociocultural Animation, Gym Activities and Weight Training, and Sports, each with its own characteristics and demands.
