O teatro na Educação da Infância na visão de professoras da educação básica

Abstract

Following research in the field of theater education, this article describes the counterpoints between the practice of theater in basic education, supported by the points of view of elementary school teachers. For the methodology of this work, the qualitative-quantitative approach was necessary to combine the bibliographic study of theater with the construction and analysis of an online form for data collection, this instrument had 18 questions that allowed us to build the profile of these subjects and also to study their relationship with theater in childhood education, specifically children's theater. The object studied was theater in early childhood education and how it can be articulated within the school. The theoretical references were based on bibliographical studies and occasional mentions of Internet material: Chirzóstomo and Fontoura dos Santos (2014), Freinet (1974), Japiassu (2001), Marcolino, Barros and Mello (2014), Spolin and Koudela (2007) and finally Vigostki (2018). It was concluded that reality contrasts with theory, where idealization remains far removed from the actual doing of things, and that this can be influenced by various factors. Although it is possible to articulate theater within the school, educators/teachers need a better foundation.
