      <description>Título: ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM ÀS MULHERES EM IDADE REPRODUTIVA VIVENDO COM HIV NO CENÁRIO BRASILEIRO, UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA.
Abstract: Introduction: The epidemiological scenario of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection in Brazil has undergone profound transformations since the 1980s. Historically, public health policies directed at women living with HIV have focused mostly on preventing vertical transmission, which has created a gap in care and left the female population outside the pregnancy-puerperal cycle invisible. Objective: To summarize the scientific evidence on nursing care provided to non-pregnant women of reproductive age living with HIV in the Brazilian context. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review based on the PVO acronym. The search was conducted in April 2026 across the MEDLINE, EMBASE, SCOPUS, CINAHL, and BVS databases, with no time or language restrictions. Rayyan QCRI software was used for screening, Google Sheets® spreadsheets for data extraction, and thematic categorization for analysis. Results: Five articles were included for analysis, revealing three core thematic axes: (1) Stigma, Isolation, and Welcoming, addressing the psychological and social impact of prejudice and the importance of adherence groups to restore women's dignity; (2) The Transition from Fragmented Care to the Promotion of Self-Care, which criticizes the traditional biomedical model focused solely on medical prescriptions and proposes the application of nursing theories to foster women's empowerment and autonomy; and (3) Sexual and Reproductive Health and the Challenges of the Puerperium, highlighting the nurse's role in screening for gynecological cancers and in the ethical and compassionate management of the inability to breastfeed. Conclusion: The findings of this integrative review demonstrate that although nursing support for the female population of reproductive age has achieved notable advances over the last decades, a considerable gap remains in studies dedicated to care beyond the gestational cycle.

      <description>Título: Estratégias de enfrentamento utilizadas por cuidadores familiares de pessoas idosas com Alzheimer: revisão integrativa
Abstract: Introduction: Population aging has contributed to an increase in the prevalence of dementia, especially Alzheimer's disease, which compromises the autonomy of the older adults and demands continuous care, usually provided by family members. This context can generate physical and emotional overload in caregivers, making it relevant to investigate the coping strategies used to deal with stress. Objective: To analyze the coping strategies used by family caregivers of elderly people with Alzheimer's disease in the face of the overload and stress arising from caregiving at home. Methods: Integrative literature review study. The search for articles in the Medline/PubMed, SciELO, and Virtual Health Library databases used the combinations of the descriptors "Coping," "Alzheimer's," "Strategies," and "Caregivers," and the Boolean operator "AND." Original articles, available in full, published between 2014 and 2024, and that answered the guiding question were included. Reviews, books, documents, and studies that did not meet the objective were excluded. Duplicate articles were considered only once. Results: The associations between the descriptors resulted in 182 publications, with 13 articles selected for meeting the previously established inclusion criteria. Coping strategies were grouped into three categories: religious coping, emotion-focused strategies, and problem-focused strategies. Conclusion: Emotion-focused strategies were the most used by caregivers as a way to reduce burden. The importance of nursing interventions is highlighted, such as burden assessment and caregiver support, as well as multidimensional assessment of the elderly person, aiming at promoting functionality and improving quality of life.

      <title>A ATUAÇÃO DA ENFERMAGEM NO PRÉ-NATAL FRENTE À SÍFILIS GESTACIONAL: REVISÃO NARRATIVA</title>
      <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/14442</link>
      <description>Título: A ATUAÇÃO DA ENFERMAGEM NO PRÉ-NATAL FRENTE À SÍFILIS GESTACIONAL: REVISÃO NARRATIVA
Abstract: Gestational syphilis remains a significant public health problem due to its high incidence and serious repercussions on maternal and neonatal health. Despite the availability of effective diagnostic methods and accessible treatment within primary health care, the persistence of syphilis cases in pregnant women and congenital syphilis highlights weaknesses in prenatal care and challenges related to treatment adherence among the companions of sexual partners. In this context, nursing plays a fundamental role in the prevention, early diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of cases, contributing to the reduction of vertical transmission of Treponema pallidum. Given the above, this study aims to verify, through a narrative literature review, the state of knowledge regarding the role of nursing in prenatal care in the face of gestational syphilis, with emphasis on screening actions, health education, timely treatment and follow-up of pregnant women, aiming at the prevention of congenital syphilis.&#xD;
&#xD;
The data analysis allowed the identification of six thematic categories: early diagnosis and screening of the disease; health education as a prevention tool; adherence to treatment by the pregnant woman and her sexual partner; Systematization of Nursing Care and continuous care; continuing education and professional qualification; and prevention of vertical transmission and reduction of congenital syphilis. It is concluded that the role of nursing is essential for strengthening prenatal care, contributing to the improvement of maternal and child indicators, reduction of vertical transmission and qualification of care provided to pregnant women.

      <title>FATORES ASSOCIADOS AO NEAR MISS MATERNO: UMA REVISÃO NARRATIVA</title>
      <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/14440</link>
      <description>Título: FATORES ASSOCIADOS AO NEAR MISS MATERNO: UMA REVISÃO NARRATIVA
Abstract: Maternal morbidity and mortality remain significant public health challenges, especially in&#xD;
developing countries, where social, healthcare-related, and clinical factors contribute to the&#xD;
occurrence of severe obstetric complications. In this context, Maternal Near Miss (MNM)&#xD;
stands out as an important indicator of the quality of obstetric care, as it refers to situations in&#xD;
which women survive life-threatening conditions during pregnancy, childbirth, or the&#xD;
postpartum period. This study aimed to identify, in the literature, the factors associated with&#xD;
the occurrence of Maternal Near Miss. This is a narrative literature review based on the&#xD;
analysis of dissertations and theses published between 2016 and 2024 in institutional&#xD;
repositories of Brazilian public universities. The search was conducted in 20 repositories&#xD;
using descriptors related to Maternal Near Miss, maternal mortality, obstetric nursing, and&#xD;
women's healthcare. Five studies were selected for the final sample. Data analysis was carried&#xD;
out using Bardin’s Content Analysis, allowing the construction of thematic categories related&#xD;
to the investigated phenomenon. The findings revealed that hypertensive disorders of&#xD;
pregnancy, particularly severe preeclampsia, eclampsia, and HELLP syndrome, were the main&#xD;
factors associated with MNM, followed by obstetric hemorrhages and severe infections. A&#xD;
predominance of non-white women, women with low educational levels, socioeconomic&#xD;
vulnerability, and inadequate prenatal care was also observed. In addition, weaknesses related&#xD;
to the organization of healthcare services, risk stratification, and timely access to specialized&#xD;
care were identified. It is concluded that the occurrence of Maternal Near Miss results from&#xD;
the interaction of clinical, social, and healthcare-related factors, highlighting the need to&#xD;
strengthen prenatal and obstetric care, invest in professional training, and reinforce the role of&#xD;
nursing in the prevention, early identification, and management of severe maternal&#xD;
complications.
