      <description>Título: Núcleo de avaliação de tecnologias em saúde - NATS-Humap/UFMS
Abstract: To facilitate the research, we conducted a search in the PubMed and Virtual Health Library (VHL) databases, using the controlled descriptors (MeSH/DeCS) "Teaching Rounds" and "Patient&#xD;
Safety," combined with the Boolean operators OR and AND. The free terms "Daily Huddle" and "Projeto Terapêutico Singular/Single Therapeutic Project" were also used, due to the specificity of these instruments, especially the PTS in the Brazilian context. Systematic reviews, literature reviews, and scoping reviews were selected, in addition to including materials found in additional readings from the last 20 years. There were no language restrictions for the search.

      <description>Título: Insulinas análogas de ação rápida para o manejo de pacientes com hiperglicemia hospitalar
Abstract: NATS-Humap/UFMS recommends the temporary use of rapid-acting insulin analogs&#xD;
in situations of regular human insulin shortages, considering similar efficacy and safety.&#xD;
Prioritize the safest product among those already incorporated, especially for&#xD;
pregnant women (insulin aspart) and children, with attention to the budgetary impact, given that there is no provision for&#xD;
specific reimbursement by the SUS. The recommendation, aligned with Conitec's deliberation, aims to ensure&#xD;
continuity of care, patient safety, and hospital planning in emergency scenarios,&#xD;
highlighting the importance of clinical and pharmacoeconomic monitoring to ensure rational and&#xD;
sustainable use in the hospital setting.

      <description>Título: Indicadores como alternativa de atuação para médica gestante
Abstract: This is an experience report on the implementation of teleconsultation at the Maria Aparecida Pedrossian University Hospital (Humap-UFMS/Ebserh), which represented a milestone in the integration of telehealth in medical care. The motivation was to ensure the continuity of outpatient care and education for doctors during pregnancy or lactation, without exposing professionals to occupational risks. The objective is to bring reflections on the importance of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs) in health, highlighting teleconsultation as a possibility of access to specialized care, but also contributes to the continued training of professionals in the health area, thus promoting comprehensive care in the Unified Health System (SUS).

Abstract: Objective: To classify the risk and degree of dependence of patients undergoing hemodialysis in a public hospital in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. Methods: Cross-sectional study carried out in a hemodialysis unit from September 2016 to April 2017. Data were collected, with structured interview, analysis of medical records and application of the instrument Categorización User Según Dependency y Riesgo, in hemodialysis units (CUDYR-DIAL). Data analysis was performed using simple descriptive statistics. Results: Sample composed of 27 patients, the majority were male with a mean age of 61.22 years. The categorization showed high risk and partial self-sufficiency (51.9%). As for dependence, most required basic care, however, 88.9% needed psychosocial and emotional support. Regarding risk, it was found that 81.5% of patients were characterized as high risk and thus required strict control of vital signs, care with vascular and skin accesses, and medication administration during the hemodialysis section. Conclusion: Patients demand complex and risky care activities, and they need psycho-emotional support.; Objetivo: Clasificar el riesgo y grado de dependencia de los pacientes sometidos a hemodiálisis en un hospital público del estado de Mato Grosso do Sul.
