The creation of this sports facility represents an important step toward the professionalization of the club’s infrastructure, providing better conditions for training, athlete development, and the overall strengthening of the institution. In addition to meeting the sporting demands of Naviraiense, the Training Center has the potential to generate positive impacts throughout the city. Facilities of this nature go beyond their exclusively sporting function, becoming part of the municipality’s social, urban, and economic dynamics. Its implementation can contribute to expanding leisure opportunities, encouraging sports participation, promoting community integration, and strengthening the population’s sense of belonging to both the club and the city. The project aims to serve as a catalyst for local development, considering that Naviraí currently faces a shortage of spaces dedicated to sports, recreation, and social interaction. In this context, the Training Center emerges as an opportunity for urban improvement and sports development, offering infrastructure that is compatible with both the current demands of football and the scale of the municipality. Therefore, the implementation of the T.C. is expected to represent a significant transformation in the local sports landscape, improving the quality of football training and practice, encouraging the development of young athletes, and consolidating football as an important tool for the social, cultural, and economic development of Naviraí/MS. The growing presence of children and adolescents on social networks and digital platforms has increased their exposure to inappropriate content, online grooming practices and other forms of virtual violence, making it necessary for the legal system to establish specific protection mechanisms. In this context, the research aims to understand how the Brazilian legal system, together with public policies and digital law, can contribute to combating child sexual exploitation and ensuring the integral protection guaranteed by national and international legislation. The study is justified by the social relevance of the theme and by the need to expand academic debate about the impacts of digital technologies on childhood. The methodology adopted consists of bibliographic and documentary research, based on the analysis of legislation, legal doctrine and jurisprudence related to the subject. The results indicate that effective protection of children in the digital environment depends on the integration of adequate legislation, the action of public institutions, the accountability of digital platforms and the active participation of families, schools and civil society. This article presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) acts in the optimization of these processes. The research was conducted across the Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and Web of Science databases, covering the period from 2015 to 2025, resulting in a final portfolio of 31 validated articles after screening 258 raw records. The results demonstrate that Deep Learning techniques, such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), are considered benchmarks in Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prognosis, showing accuracy levels exceeding 95%. It is evident that the integration of Edge Computing architectures is fundamental to overcoming low connectivity in the forestry sector. Thus, it was found that AI not only increases fleet availability but also serves as a strategic element for reducing operational costs and strengthening Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices in the industry.
