Abstract: **Resumo**&#xD;
O Plano de Educação Digital e Inovação Pedagógica orienta as redes públicas estaduais de educação na integração crítica, ética e inovadora das tecnologias digitais aos processos de ensino e aprendizagem. Fundamentado na Política Nacional de Educação Digital, na Estratégia Nacional de Escolas Conectadas e na Lei nº 14.533/2023, o documento propõe a elaboração de ações articuladas às necessidades locais, considerando diagnóstico da rede, atualização curricular, desenvolvimento dos saberes digitais de professores e gestores, conectividade, ambientes e dispositivos, recursos educacionais digitais, monitoramento, avaliação e parcerias. O plano apresenta-se como uma proposta flexível, capaz de apoiar secretarias e escolas na construção de práticas pedagógicas inovadoras, inclusivas e alinhadas às demandas da sociedade digital. &#xD;

**Abstract**&#xD;
The Digital Education and Pedagogical Innovation Plan guides state public education networks in the critical, ethical, and innovative integration of digital technologies into teaching and learning processes. Based on the National Digital Education Policy, the National Strategy for Connected Schools, and Law No. 14,533/2023, the document proposes the development of actions aligned with local needs, considering the network diagnosis, curriculum updating, the development of teachers’ and administrators’ digital competencies, connectivity, environments and devices, digital educational resources, monitoring, evaluation, and partnerships. The plan is presented as a flexible proposal designed to support education departments and schools in building innovative, inclusive pedagogical practices aligned with the demands of digital society.

Abstract: The guide supports state education networks in preparing the Digital Education and Pedagogical Innovation Plan, proposing a flexible and contextualized process based on diagnosing the local reality, conducting a strategic analysis through the SWOT matrix, and defining objectives, goals, indicators, an action plan, a timeline, and partnerships. The document highlights the importance of integrating different dimensions of digital education — connectivity, environments and devices, digital educational resources, teachers’ digital competencies, professional development, and curriculum — so that planned actions are coherent, measurable, and aligned with the needs of administrators, teachers, and students. It also emphasizes continuous monitoring, evidence-based evaluation, and the expansion of continuing professional development beyond courses, including mentoring, communities of practice, workshops, school-based support, and the sharing of successful experiences.
