    <title>ADPF 779: a afirmação dos direitos humanos das mulheres no Brasil</title>
    <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/14414</link>
    <description>Título: ADPF 779: a afirmação dos direitos humanos das mulheres no Brasil
Abstract: ADPF 779 was a landmark judgment of great relevance to Brazilian law, declaring&#xD;
unconstitutional the use of the thesis of legitimate defense of honor in cases of femicide&#xD;
and violence against women. This research aims to analyze the decision as a consequence&#xD;
of the evolution of women’s rights, of the Global and Regional Human Rights protection&#xD;
systems, and of the Brazilian system for the protection of women’s rights. This study is&#xD;
relevant because violence against women reaches alarming numbers in the country,&#xD;
making its combat extremely necessary. The objective of this research is to examine the&#xD;
decision of the Federal Supreme Court as a concrete application of international treaties&#xD;
on women’s human rights ratified by Brazil, in light of Human Rights and the&#xD;
internationalization of womens’ protection. The methodology adopted was deductive,&#xD;
qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive, based on bibliographic and documentary&#xD;
research. Finally, the importance of decisions such as this one was verified for the&#xD;
protection of women and for guaranteeing their place in society.

    <title>GESTÃO JUDICIAL DE DEMANDAS REPETITIVAS: EFICIÊNCIA, INDIVIDUALIZAÇÃO E OS LIMITES DA INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL</title>
    <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/14409</link>
    <description>Título: GESTÃO JUDICIAL DE DEMANDAS REPETITIVAS: EFICIÊNCIA, INDIVIDUALIZAÇÃO E OS LIMITES DA INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL
Abstract: This article investigates judicial management of repetitive demands in Brazil after the 2015 Code of Civil Procedure, focusing on the balance between decision-making efficiency and individualization of judicial protection. With over seventy-six million pending cases, according to the National Council of Justice's Justice in Numbers 2024 report, judges must simultaneously adjudicate and manage caseloads. The research draws on Cappelletti and Garth's conception of access to justice, articulated with contemporary doctrine from Marinoni, Arenhart and Mitidiero (2023), Didier Jr., Braga and Oliveira (2024), Câmara (2022) and Bueno (2024), to examine the microsystem of repetitive case adjudication composed of the duty of coherence (arts. 926 and 927 of the CPC), the Incident of Resolution of Repetitive Demands (arts. 976 to 987) and the system of repetitive appeals (arts. 1.036 to 1.041). The methodology is deductive-analytical, qualitative in nature, supported by bibliographic and documentary research in doctrine, acts of the National Council of Justice and official statistical data. The judge's managerial function, the Precedent Management Centers, the risks of decision-making automatism and the recent incorporation of artificial intelligence into judicial activity are examined in light of Resolution No. 615/2025 of the National Council of Justice. It is argued that the responsible application of precedents depends on careful identification of ratio decidendi, reinforced reasoning in sensitive points, honest handling of distinguishing and overruling techniques, and qualified human supervision of algorithmic technologies. Finally, a minimum protocol for judicial action is proposed.
