    <title>Ontogenia e anatomia foliar de quatro espécies do gênero Bauhinia L. (Fabaceae, Cercidoideae)</title>

    <description>Título: Ontogenia e anatomia foliar de quatro espécies do gênero Bauhinia L. (Fabaceae, Cercidoideae)
Abstract: Bauhinia, a genus of Fabaceae, is well represented in Brazilian flora and has representatives with variable morphology, which results in controversy about leaf classification. Thus, to elucidate the question, the ontogeny of four species with different morphologies: Bauhinia bauhinioides and B. hagenbeckii (bifoliolate); B. pentandra and B. variegata (bilobed). Triplicates of shoot apical meristems with leaf primordia and mature leaves were collected and/or obtained from herbarium material for each of the evaluated species. Herbarium samples underwent a rehydration process and fixation, whereas fresh samples were directly fixed. The samples were embedded in historesin, sectioned, stained with 1% Toluidine Blue, and analyzed. The ontogeny is similar among the species that are fused during the primary morphogenesis and have the degree of fusion established at the end of the secondary morphogenesis.The mucro became distinct from the blade in primary morphogenesis and shows shape variations during secondary morphogenesis. The leaf morphology seems to be related with the decrease of the meristematic activity on the leaf blade close to the mucro. All primordia shows low quantities of idioblasts and high density of trichomes uniseriate and cavitated, whereas the opposite occurs on mature leaves. Variations were observed between the morphogenesis phases and the species primordia. Equally, variations on the arrangement of the vascular bundles are observed on petiolate and proximal pulvinus, but the vascular arrangement of all distal pulvinus have four bundles. Thus, all species studied have compound leaves and the different degrees of division in mature leaves are established at secondary morphogenesis.

    <title>Futebol como Ferramenta de Inclusão Social em Comunidades Vulneráveis: uma revisão bibliográfica</title>
    <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/14359</link>
    <description>Título: Futebol como Ferramenta de Inclusão Social em Comunidades Vulneráveis: uma revisão bibliográfica
Abstract: Although historically shaped by a competitive and high-performance logic, Brazilian&#xD;
football has, in recent decades, come to be recognized as a space for human development, citizenship&#xD;
promotion, and community strengthening. Thus, this study aims to analyze football as a tool for social&#xD;
inclusion in vulnerable communities, based on a literature review. The research, qualitative in nature&#xD;
and using a bibliographic methodology, was grounded in the analysis of scientific articles published&#xD;
between 2005 and 2025 that addressed football as a social, educational, and citizenship-promoting&#xD;
practice. The results show that, when incorporated into structured projects and supported by&#xD;
consistent public policies, football goes beyond its competitive dimension, assuming a formative,&#xD;
community-oriented, and emancipatory role. It was found that grassroots sports initiatives, especially&#xD;
those linked to intersectoral programs in education, health, and culture, promote the development of&#xD;
social skills, the strengthening of bonds, and a sense of belonging. The study also highlights the role&#xD;
of women's football and adapted sports as spaces of resistance and identity affirmation, contributing&#xD;
to gender equity and the inclusion of people with disabilities. It is concluded that football, when&#xD;
guided by pedagogical and ethical principles, can function as a powerful public policy tool for social&#xD;
transformation, capable of fostering the construction of a more just, participatory, and equitable&#xD;
society.

    <title>IMPACTOS DA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DA LEAN CONSTRUCTION NO DESEMPENHO PRODUTIVO DE OBRAS VERTICAIS: UM ESTUDO COMPARATIVO</title>

    <description>Título: IMPACTOS DA IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DA LEAN CONSTRUCTION NO DESEMPENHO PRODUTIVO DE OBRAS VERTICAIS: UM ESTUDO COMPARATIVO
Abstract: This study aimed to analyze, in the case under investigation, the effects of the structured implementation of Lean Construction on service quality, stage completion, and production flow predictability in a vertical building project executed with cast-in-place concrete walls. The research was conducted as an applied comparative case study with a qualitative-quantitative approach in a residential development composed of two identical housing towers, built on the same construction site, under equivalent construction conditions and with teams of similar profile, differing mainly in the production management model adopted. Tower 1 was managed under a traditional approach, characterized by centralized planning and reactive control. Tower 2, in turn, was guided by Lean Construction principles, with the structured adoption of practices focused on collaborative planning, constraint control through the 6M Method, visual management, and the pursuit of production flow stability. Data collection was carried out between September and December 2025 through direct observation, photographic records, document analysis, and the monitoring of operational indicators. The findings indicated relevant differences in the productive system behavior between the two towers. Tower 1 showed irregular flow, low stage completion, and recurring rework. Tower 2 presented evidence of greater regularity in production advancement and less need to return to previously executed services. Technical reports and internal production records indicated an operational reduction in average cycle time from approximately 7 to 5 days per floor. In a simplified analytical exercise based on the project's execution macro-flow and on assumptions made explicit in the body of the study, this difference was associated with potential reductions in execution time and indirect costs. The findings reinforce that, in the case analyzed, Lean Construction gains stem less from the isolated use of tools and more from a shift in production management logic, emphasizing flow stabilization, constraint anticipation, and the alignment between planning and execution.&#xD;

    <title>Busca e apreensão extrajudicial no marco legal das garantias: Constitucionalidade e limites jurídicos.</title>
    <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/14354</link>
    <description>Título: Busca e apreensão extrajudicial no marco legal das garantias: Constitucionalidade e limites jurídicos.
Abstract: This study analyzes the constitutionality and legal limits of the extrajudicial search and seizure of assets within the context of Law No. 14,711/2023, the Legal Framework for Guarantees. Approved as a dejudicialization measure, the law aims to accelerate debt recovery by transferring enforcement actions, previously exclusive to the Judiciary, to extrajudicial offices. The central question is whether this change compromises constitutional guarantees such as due process, adversarial proceedings, full defense, and jurisdictional reserve. The methodology adopted was bibliographical and documentary, with a qualitative focus. It was demonstrated that the extrajudicial procedure does not replace jurisdiction, but complements it, provided that minimum requirements are met, such as notification of the debtor, the right to discharge of arrears, and the possibility of access to the Judiciary. The Supreme Federal Court validated only part of the law, limiting coercive execution to agents of public trust, subject to state oversight. Constitutionality is only affirmed when minimum guarantees and procedural safeguards are in place. Although dejudicialization strengthens procedural efficiency, it highlights the need for regulatory oversight to curb abuses, especially given the country's social inequalities. Thus, the hybrid enforcement model maintains the tension between speed and rights protection, making its rigorous monitoring essential.
