Abstract: With the constant advancement of technology, dashboards have become es-
sential tools for improving management and strategic monitoring within organizati-
ons. This study explores how these visual solutions can transform decision-making
processes by presenting information in a simple and practical way, facilitating the
analysis of critical data for the daily operations of companies. As part of a case
study, a dashboard was developed using Looker Studio, integrated with Iclass —
an online service order software. The tool was designed to meet the needs of the
administrative sector, offering interactive panels and filters that allow data to be
viewed ina personalizedandintuitivemanner. The inclusionofthe dashboard in the
management routine transformed data analysis, generating significant gains in pro-
ductivity and accuracy during meetings and strategic decisions. The result was more
efficient administrative management and improved organizational performance.
