<summary type="text">Título: Cooperação no meio rural: uma análise da percepção dos produtores rurais
Abstract: Cooperation is important when people support each other in groups when facing difficulties, enjoying the benefits in pursuit of mutual interest. Understanding the perception of rural producers becomes an important tool to strengthen the rural environment and provide producers' families and organizations present in rural areas with confidence in the product or service provided. This research aims to analyze the perception of rural producers regarding cooperation, identifying the elements and the concept generated by them. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured face-to-face interviews with four rural producers from the Teijin and Itamarati Settlements, located in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The results demonstrate that the producers understand that cooperation is linked to the work carried out by several people who have a common goal. Among the elements identified as essential for cooperation, the following stand out: communication, respect, solidarity, common goal, empathy, goodwill, patience and, above all, trust. Trust was identified by all interviewees as an indispensable condition for cooperation to materialize, because without it, it is not possible to establish lasting partnerships, share responsibilities, or ensure that benefits are distributed fairly.

Abstract: This study investigated the financial knowledge and behavior of students enrolled in Accounting, Business Administration, Production Engineering, and History at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS), Nova Andradina campus. Using a quantitative, descriptive–exploratory approach, we applied a structured questionnaire to 165 students. Data analysis through descriptive statistics revealed that prior exposure to financial education courses was correlated with a stronger conceptual understanding, improved financial planning, and reduced indebtedness. Conversely, the lack of formal financial education was linked to an absence of emergency savings and increased financial fragility. The students overwhelmingly recognized the importance of financial education and supported its mandatory inclusion in the curriculum. The study underscores financial education's role in fostering autonomy and economic citizenship, thereby reinforcing the responsibility of higher education institutions in disseminating this crucial knowledge.

<summary type="text">Título: Controle Interno para o pequeno Produtor Rural: Um estudo comparativo no Vale do Ivinhema
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the importance of internal control in rural areas, considering generational differences, and the perception of the application of internal controls on the rural properties of three participating families (parents and children). The research used a qualitative and descriptive approach, conducted through semi-structured interviews with six rural producers in municipalities located in the Ivinhema Valley (MS). The results were organized and discussed in three parts, whose statements were analyzed using content analysis techniques, seeking to highlight to the producers that internal control is fundamental for efficiency in the field. Although accounting is not yet present in the daily lives of many, it represents a relevant instrument for decision-making. The results reveal that management practices are based on experience and practical knowledge acquired throughout life, and that internal control is still used in a simple and informal way, but there is an evolutionary movement led by new generations, who demonstrate interest in adopting more structured accounting tools. This transition proves essential, especially in the face of challenges that threaten the sustainability of rural properties, which go beyond productive issues, encompassing financial, climatic, and structural factors. The research contributes to awakening in rural producers the interest in seeking technical knowledge and accounting guidance as a fundamental element for the sustainability, transparency, and decision-making of family farms.

<summary type="text">Título: Da Estabilidade à Incerteza: A dinâmica da Gestão Financeira para o pequeno prestador de serviço do Vale do Ivinhema - MS
Abstract: Every year, a significant number of professionals transition from formal employment (CLT) to self-employment, a common practice motivated by various reasons. This change poses challenges to self-management and financial planning. The objective of this study is to analyze the dynamics of financial management for small service providers after migrating from CLT to self-employment, considering the mechanisms adopted to ensure the continuity and sustainability of their businesses. The research, using a qualitative and descriptive approach, employed semi-structured interviews with six service providers who had been working for at least one year, and the data were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results revealed that the pursuit of autonomy and better income are the main motivators, although five of the six interviewees do not engage in prior financial planning, making impulsive decisions and facing income instability and a mix of personal and business finances. Financial management is mostly informal, with basic control practices. Formalization, when present, facilitates access to accounting support, although not everyone has this resource. It is concluded that the sustainability of independent businesses depends on the integration between organized financial behavior and technical knowledge, highlighting the gap between theory and practice and the need for educational programs focused on financial literacy.
