Abstract: This study addresses the requalification of the Permanent Preservation Area (APP) of the Bálsamo
Stream, located in the Rita Vieira neighborhood in Campo Grande (MS), through the creation of
the Bálsamo Ecological Park. The proposal aims to combine environmental restoration with the
implementation of a multifunctional public space that offers leisure, environmental education, and
ecological preservation. Faced with disordered urban expansion and the progressive degradation of
protected areas, the project emerges as a strategy for urban resilience, seeking to restore
ecosystems, protect water resources, and reinforce the connection between city and nature.
The adopted methodology combines theoretical research, technical surveys, and participatory
processes. Bibliographic and documental studies were conducted on green infrastructure, stream
renaturalization, and urban sustainability. Environmental and urban surveys were carried out using
remote sensing, geoprocessing, and land use analysis. A socio-environmental diagnosis was also
conducted through questionnaires and interviews with residents and public agents.
These stages supported the development of design guidelines and the park’s preliminary project,
including functional zoning, a needs program, mass plan, and sustainable construction solutions.
The proposal emphasizes ecological and social integration by incorporating trails, community
gardens, educational spaces, and natural drainage systems. In this sense, the Bálsamo Ecological
Park is conceived as a model of contemporary urban park, combining environmental preservation,
improved quality of life, and socio-spatial justice. It promotes the conscious and participatory use
of urban space, responding to both ecological challenges and the needs of the local population.

Abstract: The digitization of social security services represents an important advance in the modernization of the Brazilian Public Administration, especially within the scope of the General Social Security Regime. However, the virtualization of services by the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) has generated challenges related to access for the elderly population in situations of social vulnerability. This study aims to analyze the impacts of digital exclusion on the exercise of the fundamental right to social security, examining the compatibility between the principle of administrative efficiency and the universality of service. This is a qualitative, descriptive and explanatory research, developed through bibliographic review and documentary analysis of the relevant constitutional and infraconstitutional legislation. It was found that, although digitization promotes speed and cost-effectiveness, its implementation without structured digital inclusion.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices
and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Brazilian publicly traded companies that publish
sustainability reports. This is a qualitative and descriptive research study. Sustainability reports from
companies listed on Level 2 of the stock exchange were analyzed, with four companies from different
sectors selected for the sample. The results of the indicator analysis were organized into three
dimensions: economic, environmental, and social. Furthermore, the CSR practices identified in the
sustainability reports of the analyzed companies are aligned with the SDGs. The study contributes by
identifying CSR actions that support the SDGs in publicly traded companies. It also presents an
overview of how large corporations adopt CSR practices and how these actions align with the SDGs to
strengthen communication with their stakeholders.

Abstract: Student motivation in higher education is a topic that is increasingly becoming the focus of discussion. Various theories attempt to explain motivation in different contexts, and when it comes to motivation in undergraduate programs, recent theories such as Self-Determination Theory stand out. Thus, following a review of the existing literature on this theory and the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS), this article aimed to analyze the motivation levels of a Business Administration class over the course of one year and three months, at the FederalvUniversity of Mato Grosso do Sul, Nova Andradina campus. The results showed that the students exhibited motivation regulated by external socioeconomic influences, but that they tend to achieve more independent levels of motivation.
