Abstract: ABSTRACT
The Brazilian indigenous population, as part of the dynamic globalized society, has
sought in modern times to seek improvements based on access and possession of
information. People recognized for their struggles to preserve their native cultures are
citizens who are users and producers of information and knowledge, like other non indigenous societies. However, these new users and respective cultures are currently,
little referenced and recognized in the area of Information Science as informational
subjects, which produce high-value inputs for the sociocultural development and
innovations of the country. It was believe that when information and knowledge are
cognitively assimilate, they merge into meaningful knowledge and when was
externalize and organized in informational supports, they can be potentially be
mediated in the interaction between people, who require them for various
needs.Technologies facilitate the appropriation and dissemination of this knowledge,
support the interaction between individuals and informational objects, and can help in
the enrichment and conception of the ethnocultural identity of populations. Thus, this
research aimed to present guidelines and subsidies for the development of a cultural
management and mediation system, prioritizing indigenous knowledge, as a
contribution to informational public policy aimed at native peoples of the State of Mato
Grosso do Sul. For the methodology, had been chosen a qualitative, exploratory
research.Had been used the evidence-based management method, opting for four
sources of evidence for greater reliability in the results. For that, the following data
collection procedures had been chosen: bibliographic survey in the Portal de
Periódicos da Capes, Information Science Database, Scopus and Scielo database.
Had been survey of the theme on the websites of public institutions such as the
Biblioteca Curt Nimuendajú and the Museu do Índio, linked to the Fundação Nacional
do Índio;application of a questionnaire to an indigenous researcher and a semi structured interview with an indigenous leader.Had been used the content analysis
technique to validate the results. The objectives achieved are considered, in view of
important informational political guidelines evidenced for the development of a
management system and cultural mediation of indigenous knowledge. The guidelines
and public policy identified serve to not only rescue and store indigenous knowledge,
but also to lead to recognition, including the academy, as essential assets, of high
economic, social, cultural value, for the development of nations. The results achieved
are in line with the sustainable development objectives of the 2030 Agenda proposed
by the United Nations. This study, finally, suggests that studies of this nature are a
constant in Information Science to contribute to the informational and ethnocultural
development of Brazilian indigenous peoples and so that other countries interested in
the subject can develop, research related to this and that can presente relevant results
to be share in Brazil.

Título: Forms of inorganic phosphorus in carbonatic soils in the Pantanal of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil
Abstract: The western region of the southern Pantanal is characterised by soils with high phosphorus (P) contents,
derived from materials from the surrounding lithostratigraphic units, accumulated by fluvial transport. However, studies
on forms and availability of P in these soils are scarce. The objective of this study was to evaluate the different forms of
inorganic P and their relationship with some attributes of carbonatic soils in the Pantanal of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil.
Hedley’s sequential fractionation scheme was used to evaluate the forms of P in soil profiles: Kastanozems (profiles P1
and P3) and Gleysol (profile P2). Total P contents were similar in the three profiles, 3782–5637 mg kg–1
, with mean
values of 22% for organic P and 46% for inorganic P (P.i). The P.i results indicated that in the profiles there was a
predominance of inorganic forms of P in the following order: P-NaOH 0.5 mol L–1 > P-NaHCO3 > P-NaOH 0.1 mol L–1
> P-HCl, that is, adsorbed to microaggregates, labile, adsorbed to oxides and precipitated with calcium (Ca),
respectively. The highest values of total organic P were verified in the surface horizons, with high correlation
with total P contents. Residual P contents were high in all profiles, representing 29.0–33.3% of the total P, being
correlated with CaCO3 contents. The studied profiles had high contents of labile P, with the highest values in the
fraction P.i-NaHCO3, possibly associated with the processes of reduction of iron during the periods of floods, making
the adsorbed P available. The contents of P.i-NaOH 0.1 mol L–1
, a moderately labile fraction adsorbed to oxides,
showed few differences compared to the non-labile fractions associated with Ca (P.i-HCl). Possibly, organic matter was
bound to Ca, inhibiting the formation of precipitates of Ca with P and making P available for the more labile fractions.
