<description>Título: AS VARIÁVEIS AMBIENTAIS RELACIONADAS AOS COMPORTAMENTOS DE PARENTALIDADE DOS SUJEITOS CISGÊNEROS E HETEROSSEXUAIS NA VIVÊNCIA DO PUERPÉRIO
Abstract: The postpartum period is marked by hormonal and social changes, where the social context plays a role in the construction of parenthood, frequently perpetuating gender inequality. This article analyzes environmental variables that contribute to the behaviors of cisgender and heterosexual individuals during this period. Through a narrative literature review from the perspective of Behavior Analysis (BA), it becomes evident that the idealization of motherhood and compulsory motherhood generate demands, eliciting responses of sadness, fear, anxiety, and ontological behaviors related to childcare and home care. Socioeconomic and racial factors also influence the health of postpartum women. The results indicate that the unequal division of care work is maintained by a culture selected by metacontingency, whose cultural consequence is the maintenance of the unequal system between genders. On a social scale, the accumulation of maternal overload constitutes a macrocontingency, in which the aggregate product is the high rate of illness among postpartum women. In conclusion, behavioral analysis allows us to understand how such practices are maintained, highlighting the need for progress in gender equality and to promote a repertoire of parenting, reversing the ceremonial metacontingency that contributes to the maintenance of inequalities in the postpartum period.

<title>Estresse e Saúde Mental em Pacientes Oncológicas de Corumbá-MS</title>
      <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/14087</link>
<description>Título: Estresse e Saúde Mental em Pacientes Oncológicas de Corumbá-MS
Abstract: Breast cancer is the most common neoplasm among women, affecting 10.5% of the female population. It is known that breast cancer is a multifactorial disease, generating repercussions in various areas of a woman's life, such as self-esteem, identification, and interpersonal relationships. Furthermore, the treatment of the disease can alter quality of life, causing feelings of tension and uncertainty, leading to suffering. Therefore, this study aims to identify the impacts of the disease on mental health and the development of stress in cancer patients in Corumbá-MS. The methodology used was a descriptive and qualitative method with a quantitative approach. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and instruments such as the Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire (CFQ-7), Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), and World Health Organization Quality of Life-bref (WHOQOL-bref) were applied. Thus, the study seeks to understand the indicators of stress, quality of life, and mental health, aiming for a better understanding of the psychological suffering of patients. The results indicated that women exposed to breast cancer demonstrated better coping strategies when faced with stressful events, and that even within this context they showed good psychological flexibility.
