      <description>Título: O Cado Yoñlu: Um Estudo Sobre a Dignidade da Pessoa Humana e o Induzimento ao Suicídio
Abstract: This study aims to analyze assisted suicide in the Brazilian context, using the case of Vinícius Gageiro Marques, known by his pseudonym Yoñlu, considered the first recorded case of assisted suicide in the country, as its starting point. Initially, the research presents a reflection on suicide as a historical and social phenomenon, highlighting its origins, causes, and impacts across different age groups, from childhood to old age. It then explores the life and trajectory of Vinícius Gageiro Marques, a young artist from Porto Alegre. His story reveals how emotional suffering, combined with psychological vulnerability and the absence of adequate support, can lead to tragic decisions. The case also exposes the issue of incitement to suicide in virtual environments, a topic of great legal and social relevance, especially considering the growing influence of digital networks in contemporary life. In light of the principle of human dignity, the study reflects on collective responsibility in the preservation of life and the need for public policies that promote mental health and the protection of individuals in situations of emotional vulnerability.

      <title>FEMINISMO RADICAL E A TEORIA SOVIÉTICA DO DIREITO: INTERSECÇÕES DE UM DEBATE CRÍTICO SOBRE O DIREITO</title>
      <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/14042</link>
      <description>Título: FEMINISMO RADICAL E A TEORIA SOVIÉTICA DO DIREITO: INTERSECÇÕES DE UM DEBATE CRÍTICO SOBRE O DIREITO
Abstract: This research investigates the intersections between the soviet critical theory of law, represented by Piotr Stutchka and Evgeny Pashukanis, and the radical feminism of Catherine MacKinnon. Starting from the Marxist premise that law is a non-neutral instrument of power, shaped by the class relations inherent to capitalist society, the study demonstrates how this legal structure also functions as a pillar of patriarchal oppression. Historical analysis, based on authors like Silvia Federici, reveals that law was instrumentalized for the systematic control of women's bodies and labor force, as evidenced by phenomenons such as the witch hunts. While soviet theory unveils law as a "legal form" mirroring the "commodity form" or a system of class relations , MacKinnon complements this critique by introducing "sexuality" as a central category for understanding gender domination, arguing that the state and law are intrinsically male. The research concludes that the dialogue between these theories is vital and complementary, as both expose the false neutrality of law and point to the need for its supersession as a bourgeois and patriarchal social form, while acknowledging the tactical necessity of its instrumentalization in immediate political struggles. The study is qualitative and bibliographic in nature, based on the works of the cited authors.

      <title>Tráfico de Pessoas e Criminologia: Uma Discussão Teórica e suas Implicações Sociais e ao Direito Penal</title>
      <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/14041</link>
      <description>Título: Tráfico de Pessoas e Criminologia: Uma Discussão Teórica e suas Implicações Sociais e ao Direito Penal
Abstract: The present article aims, in general, to analyze human trafficking from the &#xD;
perspective of criminology, integrating theoretical concepts, empirical data, the legal framework, and the role of digital media in the contemporary dynamics of crime. Specifically, the objectives are to address the concept of human trafficking, examine criminological theories regarding its origin and persistence, analyze national data on victims and recruitment routes, assess the Brazilian legal framework and relevant international regulations, and evaluate the influence of social networks on both prevention and recruitment. The methodology applied is bibliographic and documentary research, of a qualitative nature, with a deductive approach. The results indicate that theoretical approaches contribute to understanding the processes of victimization and the complexity of the phenomenon, providing support for social policies aimed at protecting victims and enhancing the effectiveness of criminal law. It is concluded that confronting human trafficking requires integrated, multidisciplinary strategies that combine theory, investigation, legal instruments, and technological tools.
