<description>Título: IX Colóquio de Pesquisas em Fundamentos, Poéticas e Ensino de Artes Visuais e IV Seminário do Mestrado Profissional em Artes
Abstract: The IX Colloquium on Research in Foundations, Poetics, and Visual Arts Education and the IV Seminar of the Professional Master's in Arts is a scientific event that emerged from an extension project of the same name, currently titled "Art, Research, and Epistemologies." This project is integrated into the undergraduate programs of Bachelor's and Licentiate Degrees in Visual Arts and is associated with the Professional Master's in Arts Program, which is linked to the Graduate Program in Arts (PPGArtes) at the Faculty of Arts, Letters, and Communication (FAALC) of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). The event gathers conferences, discussion panels, lectures, and exhibitions of visual poetics creations, as well as oral presentations showcasing research results by undergraduate students and ongoing investigations in postgraduate studies. The main objective is to promote research and knowledge production in the fields of foundations (theory, history, and criticism), poetics, and the teaching of Visual Arts. Through its final event, the extension project expands its scope to include the languages of Performing Arts and Music, featuring contributions from members of the CNPq research group "Núcleo de Investigação de Fenomenologia em Artes" (NINFA). This event plays a significant role in bridging the gap between the university environment and the general community, sharing and disseminating the work of new professionals who, starting in 2025, will be active in Mato Grosso do Sul and other states of Brazil.

<description>Título: VII Colóquio de Pesquisas em Fundamentos, Poéticas e Ensino de Artes Visuais e II Seminário do Mestrado Profissional em Artes
Abstract: The VII Colloquium on Research in Foundations, Poetics, and Visual Arts Education and II Seminar of the Professional Master's Program in Arts gathers conferences, round tables, discussion groups, lectures, and workshops on visual poetics, along with oral presentations showcasing research results developed by students from the Visual Arts Teaching Degree and Visual Arts Bachelor's programs at the Faculty of Arts, Letters, and Communication of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS). The event also highlights the ongoing research projects of master's students from the National Network Professional Master's Program in Arts, associated with the Graduate Program in Arts (PPGArtes) at FAALC/UFMS. Initially aimed at the internal UFMS community, including basic education teachers, high school students, and the local population, the event broadened its reach in 2020 through an online format. In 2021, with the formal inclusion of PPGArtes and support from members of the CNPq research group "Núcleo de Investigação de Fenomenologia em Artes" (NINFA), the event expanded its educational potential. By fostering research and production in the fields of foundations (theory, history, and criticism), poetics, and arts education (visual, performing, and music), the Colloquium has consistently promoted institutionalized knowledge in the arts and strengthened the relationship between the university and the broader community.
