Abstract: This article presents the results of an extension project aimed at promoting technological inclusion and digital autonomy for people aged 60 and over through practical and interdisciplinary workshops held weekly at the Irmã Emiliana Institute and the UFMS campus in Paranaíba (CPAR). Using accessible methodologies, simple language, and affective mediation, participants learned to use their smartphones for safe communication, access to public services, introduction to financial organization and health care, and valuing their skills and abilities in the natural aging process, considering their past history and education. The course was organized into thematic modules such as WhatsApp, internet safety, use of useful applications, digital health, everyday finances, and emotional well-being. The workshops involved the collaboration of professors and students from the Veterinary Medicine and Psychology courses, who developed activities integrated with the reality of the elderly public, such as the use of calculators, medication management, prevention of digital scams, and cognitive stimulation, in addition to providing opportunities for socialization, strengthening bonds, and leisure.

<description>Título: O ENVELHECIMENTO DOS HOMENS: desafios do cuidado nessa etapa da vida
Abstract: The Brazilian population is undergoing a continuous and accelerated aging process. This study aims to analyze the male aging process, understood as a multidimensional process encompassing physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects. For men, this process can involve specific challenges, mainly those related to preserving health and perceptions of the loss of masculinity. Therefore, this article is a narrative literature review, conducted in the scientific databases Electronic Journals in Psychology (PePSIC), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), and Virtual Health Library BRAZIL (BVS), with the purpose of reflecting on three (03) core meanings composed of five (05) content categories. Thus, we used the contributions of scholars on the subject, such as Papalia (2022), Goldenberg (2013), Braga and Correa (2021), and others. The results indicate that male aging is marked by great complexity, especially when analyzed from a biopsychosocial perspective, although discussions about biological aspects prevail.
